PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING TIMES

- USA / Canada: 7–15 business days

- UK / Europe: 10–20 business days

- Australia / New Zealand: 10–20 business days

- Other countries: 15–25 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.

SHIPPING COST

Free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 may have a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.

IMPORTANT NOTES
