REFUND & RETURN POLICY

RETURN WINDOW
We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item was delivered
- Item significantly different from description
- Item never arrived (after 30-day wait)

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Items that have been used or opened
- Items purchased on final sale
- Incorrect address provided by customer

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Email us at support@petlivos.com with:
1. Your order number
2. A description of the issue
3. Clear photos or video showing the problem

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.

REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. In some cases, a partial refund may be offered without requiring item return.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
